DESCRIPTION:Live\, Love\, Latch! is a National Breastfeeding Month celebration presented by La Leche League USA and hosted by LLL Groups throughout the country. \nDid you know that New Hamsphire’s last active legislation to protect working mothers who chose to breastfeed was 22 years ago? At a recent World Health assembly\, the United States sided with formula companies making an unprecedented statement to the World that could make serious impacts on mothers and their biological right to breastfeed. \n\nJoin White Mountain La Leche League on August 5th to celebrate World Breastfeeding Week at our 3rd Annual Live\, Love\, Latch Family Beach Party!to show our community that New Hampshire stands with breastfeeding individuals! Your presence is crucial in showing our young families that we stand alongside them in giving their babies the best start to life that they can. You do not have to be a parent or have breastfed to be involved. Every person that joins us matters and the impact that your attendance makes is great. The party will last from 10-3 at Leavitt Park Beach in Meredith. In addition\, there will be a raffle & silent auction to help White Mountain La Leche League give mothers and babies the support and education they deserve. DESCRIPTION:Location to TBA – if you can help with a NH march\, please email marchfortruth@gmail.com \nWe call for a #MarchForTruth on Saturday\, June 3rd to raise our voices and let our elected leaders know that Americans want answers. The legitimacy of our democracy is more important than the interests of any party\, or any President. So\, we will rise together to call for a fair and impartial investigation\, for the pursuit of truth\, and for the restoration of faith in our electoral system and the Office of the Presidency. \nAcross the country\, peaceful demonstrations will be arranged on Saturday\, June 3rd. Our goals are simple: \n\nA special prosecutor must be named\, an independent commission must be established\, and Congressional investigations should be properly resourced and pursued free of partisan interests;\nAs much information should be made available to the public as possible\, and as soon as possible;\nCongress should require Donald Trump to release his tax returns to clarify his business interests and obligations to any foreign entity;\nIf crimes were committed or if collusion is discovered\, it must be prosecuted.\n\nWe need your help.\nWe are asking on cities and communities around the country to organize. \nWe are looking for volunteers to help secure permits\, find speakers\, and take care of the logistics to make this peaceful assembly matter. \nEmail marchfortruth@gmail.com for more
