Francesca is finishing her first term as the State Representative for Grafton 16.  During the past two years, she has served on the Children and Family Law Committee, Grafton County Executive Committee, and was appointed to the NH Child Hunger Commission and Juvenile Justice Commission.  Civic-minded, Francesca has been involved with the Circle Program, Pemi-Valley Habitat, and the Plymouth Rotary. She has over 30 years of experience advocating for her neighbors and community, including as a court-appointed special advocate for children, a case manager for homeless veterans, a champion of special education, and a foster parent. Francesca is the mother of three terrific young people. She and her husband, Steve reside in Rumney.

To date, Francesca has been endorsed by Emily’s List, The Sierra Club, Rights & Democracy, NH Progressive Coalition, Planned Parenthood, Stonewall Democrats, and the NH AFL-CIO. If re-elected she looks forward to continuing the work she has started that aligns with all of these organizations and advocating for the constituents of her district.
