As an experienced law enforcement leader in both New Hampshire and Vermont, I bring you well-rounded depth in this area. I am confident that my experience implementing best practices will make an excellent fit as your elected Sheriff.

I have substantial experience building and maintaining effective relationships with members of the community in both Laconia and Bradford. In my previous and current employment, I have demonstrated my commitment to strong community relations while leading and inspiring my co-workers who I make every effort to treat as team members rather than the traditional philosophy of subordinates. I am confident I can carry on this transformational leadership style as your Sheriff.
Administrative and supervisory responsibilities;
As a Police Chief in Bradford, as well as during my service in Laconia, I have gained significant experience and a proven track record in every administrative and supervisory obligation expected of a Chief. I pride myself on being a fiscally responsible professional that manages budgets and personnel attentively; exercises appropriate supervision over all aspects of operations; and will perform that role collaboratively with everyone.

I pride myself on being a highly ethical, motivated, and dedicated leader who can inspire those traits in the people I work with. I have a compelling history of leading from the front while providing my colleagues with the tools, vision, and support to succeed for the benefit of the people we serve. I am running for Grafton County Sheriff to strengthen the department’s abilities while cultivating future leaders who believe in answering the call of public service. My family and I are very interested in this opportunity and I am hopeful the voters of Grafton County will afford me the opportunity to demonstrate these intangible qualities that set a candidate apart, which are sometimes more challenging to discern on paper.
